However, you may have to scrounge whatever time you can for yourself right now, even if it means taking care of your children all day (and potentially trying to work, too). Here are some suggestions for self-care, regardless of how pressed for time you are.
Get Your Body Moving
Choose activities that drive you to exercise consistently, whether you need to exercise more frequently or simply want to change up your daily routine. Take a yoga class outside.
