Ms.Sandra Sharon
With nearly 7 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, I bring a unique blend of child counselling, special needs support, teaching, academic coordination, and preschool leadership to Little Elly – HRBR Layout. My journey began in career and child psychology counselling, where I worked closely with children, including those with special needs. This experience helped me develop a deeper understanding of every child’s emotional, social, and developmental needs. I am deeply passionate about creating a safe, joyful, and meaningful learning environment where children feel secure, valued, and at home. I believe that young children learn best through purposeful fun, positive experiences, and nurturing relationships. For me, early childhood education is not just a profession-it is a responsibility to shape confident, compassionate, and value-driven individuals. My vision is to ensure that every child at Little Elly grows with strong values, curiosity, confidence, and the foundation to become a responsible citizen of tomorrow.I strongly believe that learning should be joyful, engaging, and meaningful. This preschool will be a happy learning place where children are encouraged to explore, ask questions, and develop their creativity. I aim to make the center a second home for the children, where they feel loved, supported, and inspired every day. Through care, patience, and dedication, I hope to positively impact the early development of every child who joins our preschool.
